clean, quiet, and reasonably priced accommodation in a good area close to the Metro, Chowringee, and lots of food outlets. The staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but adequate. The balcony with a view of old Raj era buildings was a nice touch.

Difficult to locate the first time.

The hotel was placed in the central location to find an ola or uber cab. The venue was away from hustle and bustle, as I expected.

The rooms here are spacious with 3 bedrooms and couches, and the staff is very helpful; it's conveniently located near main attractions and an impressive church.

I have stayed in twin/double room with couches and 3 bedrooms, for instance for 2 nights. The staff were all attentive, affable. The location in a busy area was magnificent and wonderful. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Rabindra Sadan subway station, was a big plus.

I chose Red Arrow Residency specifically because of its convenient location near Victoria Memorial. I wanted to visit this iconic landmark and explore its history and beauty. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour room service offered by Red Arrow Residency. It was extremely convenient and made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary local cuisine breakfast served daily was a delightful treat.

We had a fantastic stay at a Red Arrow Residency in Kolkata. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and clean apartment that felt like a shared apartment rather than a traditional hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and main attractions in the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the omelettes. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The rooms at Red Arrow Residency in Kolkata are absolutely amazing! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a cozy seating area, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bed is so comfy, I could sleep in it all day! The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries is a great bonus too. As a guest who values convenience and comfort, I couldn't have asked for more.

Personally, I found the air conditioning in the rooms at Red Arrow Residency a bit too chilly at times. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others would appreciate the coolness.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The decor and ‘red’ theme added a touch of elegance to the place. The dining area overlooking the mango tree was a serene spot for enjoying afternoon tea. The accommodation was tranquil and had a lovely view. The staff was very helpful and the location was central. great value for money.

When it comes to breakfast selection, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of options.
